The hiring requirements are to answer technical questions and provide improved solutions to the original project (I provided the project in chatting). Upon successful completion of this project, I plan to proceed with additional future versions. Thanks.

Basic prototype app
Scope of Work: Basic Digital Voucher Prototype 1. Project Overview This project is a prototype for a basic, centralized digital token application. The app will manage a finite supply of 25,000,000 "vouchers," which are symbolic and have no inherent monetary value. The core purpose is to validate the concept and functionality of a private, closed-loop token system. This application will not be distributed on public app stores. It will be available only via a direct download link for a select, pre-approved group of users. The final app will be a very basic, functional prototype, not a polished product. 2. Key Features and Functionality 2.1. Centralized System Core • Total Supply Management: The system will maintain a fixed total of 25,000,000 vouchers. • Central Reserve Wallet: A single master wallet will hold the initial supply. Only the administrator can distribute vouchers from this reserve. • Database: A simple, centralized database will store all user data, wallet balances, and transaction records. 2.2. User Wallets and Accounts • User Account Creation: Accounts will be created and managed by the administrator. There will be no public sign-up function. • Personal Wallet: Each user will have a unique wallet to store their vouchers. • Balance Display: Users can view their current voucher balance. 2.3. Transaction and Distribution Logic • Administrator Distribution: The administrator, via a basic internal interface, can send vouchers from the central reserve to any user's wallet. • Peer-to-Peer Transfer: Users can send vouchers to other users within the app. • Transaction Validation: The system will validate every transaction to ensure the sender has a sufficient balance. • Transaction Log: All transactions will be permanently recorded in the database, including the sender, recipient, and amount.

A browser based Energy Cost/Consumption Calculator
My company supply technology into education and I'd like a tool to allow a school to compare the energy consumption of their existing technology, with a new more energy-efficient alternative. This could be built simply in Power Apps but it needs to be browser based and nicely branded as Elementary Technology ( https://elementaryuk.com ) . It needs to be accessible by anyone as a microsite/landing page. The technology power usage we're calculating is interactive whiteboards in classrooms. A typical older whiteboard may consume 300 Wh of electricity. Multiply this by 6 hours usage a day and 195 school days a year gives power consumption per year. We can calculate the cost at a typical cost of £0.25 per kWh. Then multiply this by the number of classrooms across a school. The tool then compares this with a more energy efficient alternative - power savings and cost savings are presented. The user keys in the model, power consumption and quantity of their existing technology. The app calculates their total power consumption and cost. A spreadsheet which includes the necessary formulas is attached. There are peripheral graphics and photos, links and calls to action - it is a promotional landing page.

Simple multi-user app + backend for UK subcontractor payments
UPDATE: The application should be scalable and ready to accept a mobile app at a later stage. All functionality as described below, referencing the attached document. Note that I will supply mock ups of all pages, graphics, and proformas for all documents. I also have extensive documentation to support all integrations, present and future. The app should be fully functional and able to support up to around 50 users for test purposes, scalable later with ease. What this is I need a small, practical system for UK construction businesses to pay subcontractors correctly under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). Multi-user (must-have) Multiple companies/contractors can use the system. Each company can have several employer users (e.g., owner + bookkeeper), each with their own login. Subcontractors have their own login to submit applications. Users should only see data for their own company (clean separation). Simple user management: add/remove users, reset passwords. What it should do (Phase 1) Subcontractor side (web app): log in and submit an “application for payment” (labour, materials, reference). Employer side (web app): log in, review and approve/reject/edit applications. Automatic maths: CIS is taken from labour only (0%, 20% or 30%). VAT (if VAT-registered) applies to labour + materials. Outputs we need: Payslip PDF emailed to the subcontractor when approved. Bank CSV (date, name, sort code, account, amount, reference) to upload for payments. Monthly CIS summary for the tax month (6th–5th) showing labour totals and CIS deducted. Security & access: email + password login, password reset, HTTPS. Hosted so a small team can use it for a live pilot. Nice to have (Phase 2 – separate later) HMRC CIS sandbox: verify subcontractors and submit monthly returns. Simple subscriptions (Stripe/GoCardless). CSV tweaks for Xero/Sage. What I’ll provide Clear rules for CIS/VAT calculations. A tiny prototype and example spreadsheet showing the flow. Copy/text for emails and payslips. What I’m looking for Someone who can ship a tidy multi-user web app with a web backend (API + DB). Comfortable with PDFs, clean CSV exports, basic user management, and deployment (Render/Fly/DigitalOcean). Pragmatic UX—straightforward screens are fine. When it’s “done” (acceptance) Live, HTTPS site with multi-user logins. I can: create a company → invite employer users → subcontractor signs up and submits an application → employer approves → download bank CSV → subcontractor gets payslip PDF → download CIS month summary for 6th–5th.
